Welcome to 1136 Van Antwerp! 

I moved into this house in May 2015, and it has been a great home. The house itself has and open floor plan, which makes it perfect for entertaining. The house also has amazing light, and all of the windows make it feel airy and bright. One of my favorite things to do is light the wood stove, and settle in, and get cozy as the snow falls outside on a cold winter’s day. When it’s warm outside, you can enjoy the central air or the new composite deck and relax outdoors on summer evenings.

I bought the house because it was close to where I work, and the neighborhood is very friendly. When the weather is nice, there are always kids outside playing. There is a playground behind the house.

The neighborhood is great and it’s within walking distance to many restaurants – Pizza Buono, Gershon’s Deli, and Scotti’s Restaurant and Pizzeria are all nearby. The house is also close to banks, places of worship, and other shops in the Union Street area. Despite the busier road, it’s very quiet and I never hear any traffic.

I feel so lucky to have met so many great neighbors, and I’ll be sad to say good-bye. I hope the next owner enjoys this home as much as I have!
